Working Arrangements

Work is from home; however, we are based in Fareham, Hampshire, and you will be expected to attend quarterly meetings here. More meetings may be necessary during the initial training period. 

37.5h hours per week; 30 days holiday; FT permanent 

Part time workers will be considered. Exact hours to be negotiated but proposed hours are as follows:

7am – 9am – 5 days a week

5:30pm – 11pm - 4 days a week 

Two weekends a month (8 hours over two days) 

Quarterly day time meeting

Terms of Reference

Advise owners about pet-related issues using live web chat, mainly on veterinary practice websites.

Respond to messages and comments on Facebook on behalf of our veterinary practice clients.

Assist with some administrative tasks, and option to create posts and blogs for veterinary practices when time allows.

Requirements for the role 

We are looking for a Veterinary Nurse with extensive experience of working in UK veterinary practice. You will need:

  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and a warm, friendly writing style.

  • A passion for communicating with pet owners.

  • A keen interest in customer experience.

  • Strong organisational skills.

  • A strong desire to use innovative ideas and digital marketing to give our clients the edge.

  • You will need a good home working environment and internet connectivity.
