Your VetHelpDirect dashboard is your control panel to monitor your customer feedback. The online reviews and ratings clients have left you on your VetHelpDirect.com listing feed into your dashboard. From here you can measure customer experience and reply to reviews quickly and easily. 

The dashboard displays your review metrics so you can see how your practice is performing and, crucially, it compares your reviews with other vet practices nationally, to show you how your practice compares to your competition. 

All your metrics are displayed clearly, making the dashboard a useful and simple way of measuring your customer's experience. You'll see your practice's strengths and weaknesses and know which areas to improve.

Practices with more than one branch can compare their branches which proves especially helpful over our five parameters of customer feedback (value, friendliness, cleanliness, respect for my animal and professionalism). See which of your branches needs attention and where, and monitor it month by month.
